Choose the right AWS assessment

Start with the area that matches your AWS problem. We'll confirm the right scope during the free intro call.

Assessment benefits

Know what to fix before you pay to fix it.

The assessment gives you the clarity to make the next decision without committing to a large implementation first.

Find the real cause

Separate symptoms from root problems so you know whether the issue is security, cost, reliability, migration, or the AWS foundation itself.

Prioritize what matters

Understand which risks need attention now, which improvements can wait, and where effort will have the highest impact.

Give engineers a usable plan

Turn findings into clear remediation steps your team can pick up without needing another discovery phase.

Scope fixes with confidence

If you want us to implement the work, the assessment gives both sides the context needed for a realistic estimate.

After the roadmap

Choose the next move with the facts on the table.

Use the roadmap internally

Keep the assessment output and let your own team fix the findings with clearer priorities, less guesswork, and no vendor lock-in.

Let us fix the specific findings

Ask us to remediate the issues that need outside help, from security controls and cost cleanup to reliability or migration work.

Build a stronger AWS foundation

When the assessment shows structural problems, we can deploy the Landing Zone and add support so your team can focus on building.

Assessment Pricing Questions

Is the introduction meeting free?

Yes. The intro meeting is always free. We use it to understand your requirements, the AWS problems you want to solve, and which assessment fits best before any paid work starts.

How is the assessment priced?

Assessments start from $495. The final fixed price depends on the size and complexity of your AWS environment, but we confirm that scope during the free intro call before any paid work starts. The intro call is free of charge and there is no commitment required.

Is remediation included in the assessment price?

No. The assessment gives you the findings, roadmap, and recommendations. If you want us to remediate the issues afterward, we provide a separate implementation estimate based on the assessment outcome, your account structure, environment size, and the amount of work required.

Which assessment should we start with?

You do not need to know that before booking. On the free intro call we discuss your AWS setup, requirements, and constraints, then recommend the assessment that best matches the problem.

Can we implement the recommendations ourselves?

Yes. If you want to handle the work yourself, you only pay for the assessment. You receive the findings, priorities, and practical next steps your team can use internally.

When do you recommend targeted remediation instead of a Landing Zone?

Targeted remediation is better when the assessment finds contained issues: a risky workload, a cost spike, a weak migration plan, or a specific compliance gap. The Landing Zone is a better fit when the AWS foundation itself keeps creating security, account, maintenance, or delivery issues.

When do you recommend the Landing Zone foundation?

We recommend it when account boundaries, IAM, logging, security controls, provisioning, and platform maintenance are creating repeated problems. The goal is to give developers a secure foundation so they can focus on building applications instead of managing, securing, and optimizing AWS infrastructure.

Do cloud migration and EU cloud migration start with an assessment?

Yes. Migration work needs a current-state review before we can give a responsible plan. For EU cloud migration, the assessment also checks sovereignty, compliance, data residency, and landing zone requirements.

How does billing work?

You can pay by direct invoice or through your existing AWS bill via our AWS Marketplace listing. Marketplace billing can be used for assessments and follow-up implementation when procurement prefers consolidated AWS invoicing.

Talk through the AWS issues before you choose an assessment.

Bring the AWS problems you want to solve: security gaps, cloud spend, migration plans, account sprawl, compliance work, or platform maintenance. We'll recommend the right assessment and explain what the next step would look like.
