Pricing Questions

Will this disrupt anything on our existing AWS setup?

No. We attach the Landing Zone to your existing AWS Organization and migrate accounts into the new structure without downtime. Your workloads keep running while we roll out guardrails gradually. Developers continue building with the tools they already know while the foundation improves around them.

Can our team manage and modify the Landing Zone ourselves?

Yes. The entire Landing Zone is built with native AWS CDK, an open-source framework maintained by AWS. You receive the full codebase in your GitHub repository. Any engineer familiar with TypeScript and AWS can read, modify, and extend it. We also do a knowledge transfer session after deployment so your team is confident operating it from day one.

Are we locked into the ongoing services?

No. All ongoing service tiers are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Your Landing Zone, codebase, and all documentation remain yours. Since everything is standard AWS CDK, any engineer can continue managing it independently.

How does billing work?

You choose: pay via direct invoice or through your existing AWS bill via our AWS Marketplace listing. Marketplace billing means consolidated invoicing, AWS acting as escrow, and no new vendor setup on your side. All prices excluding VAT.

Can I start with just the deployment and add ongoing services later?

Yes. Many clients start with a Landing Zone deployment and manage it themselves initially. When they're ready for ongoing support, they can add any service tier. The Landing Zone is built with standard AWS CDK, so it's easy for us to pick up maintenance at any point.
